1. Bexley Rental Agreement

All Bexley vehicle rentals are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. This agreement specifies the terms and conditions, insurance cover, applicable charges and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

4. Bexley Collection and Return

You must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection and report any existing damage to Bexley immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Bexley representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage identified on return will be assessed and charged to you in accordance with Bexley’s damage policy.

5. Insurance and Liability (Bexley)

Basic third-party insurance is included with all Bexley rentals. Full coverage details and excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Optional insurance coverages may be available to reduce your financial liability. Please review these options carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the excess amount specified in the Rental Agreement.

6. Cancellation and Modifications

7. Bexley Prohibitions

You must not use the rented vehicle from Bexley for:

Any illegal purpose or activity with a Bexley vehicle. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous activities. Transporting hazardous or prohibited materials. Sub-letting to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use for purposes the vehicle is not designed for.

Violating these restrictions may result in immediate Bexley rental termination and charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Bexley

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Bexley will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Bexley for the service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Applicable Law

Bexley’s Terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.

10. Changes to Bexley Terms

Bexley may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to the Bexley website. Continued use of Bexley services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
